1. Front desk check in was lengthy due to the 'attitude' of the customer service representative, poor training.

3. And that raises another question: if their approach to maintenance is poor, what else in the room/bathroom/hotel is not kept properly clean?Whether the location of the resort works for someone depends totally on what they are there to do and whether they want to be going into metro Phoenix.

4. This culminated to our overall experience with this hotel to be very very very poor.

5. The golf course was poor, the starter was letting golfers with scheduled tee times later that ours to proceed in front of us.

6. In short, my experience was that the JW Desert Ridge was overpriced, overcrowded, my room was poor, the service was not there and did not deliver on any of my expectations.
