1. Our son slept on the pull-out sofa without complaint (an adult may not find it so comfy though).

4. My two complaints are the shuttle, which was unreliable (anywhere from leaving 3 minutes early to 20 minutes late) and lack of non feather duvets (sleeping with a thin blanket isn't what I expect from the Marriott).
