1. Remove the negatives and I would rate the resort as very good.

3. Lovely place, great service, food at conference great, nice rooms,spa was incredible,only negative was thin towels.

6. A few negatives I'll mentioned that bugged: over at the JW on busy days like Fridays, the lazy river had a lot of drunk adults and who knows how much alcohol they spilled in it (not loving that with my kids around)-that water was murkier than it should have been.

8. The only negative comments are: 1) we had asked for connecting rooms and they were unable to provide us with those 2) the extra pillow and towels we requested before we arrived were never delivered.
