1. Noisy rude guests woke me up evey night, at all hours of the night/morning, but I can't fault the hotel for that.

8. I had problems connecting to the internet through their hard wire connection (no WIFi available) that were met by borderline incompetence on the part of the remote service provider and rudeness by hotel staff, including a manager.

9. The explanation I received was really rude: it was a misunderstanding due to the fact that people usually leave early, not check in later so her colleague cancelled one night but the last one, not the one we actaully cancelled.
