1. Overall the hotel was a great disappointment and NOT up to Hilton standards - even for their larger properties which I've positively reviewed.

Still, the infrastructure was a bit disappointing for a Hilton: while the lobby, restaurants and pool were nice, the room itself was substandard: the tub in the room did not drain, the closet door would not close, there was no WIFI possibility in the room, just internet with a cord and the ice machine closest to our room did not work, had to go to a different floor to get it.
