5. Internet is wired (wired internet in 2011?) and costs $12/day (seriously?)I have never understood why I can get free wi-fi internet at value brand hotels, and free with my $1 McSandwich but I have to pay ridiculous fees to get internet at upscale and luxury brand hotels.
