2. I normally avoid pet friendly hotels because of complaints in reviews about problems with the rooms, however, we brought a small dog with us this trip and despite being placed in what I was told was a 'pet' room, I do not have one thing to complain about in that respect.

3. Presumably management made this decision in an effort to drive customers downstairs and thus increase revenues in the Starbucks and restaurants and to avoid the expense of replenishing the coffee makers.

4. Trying to call in and get hold of someone to handle it is difficult, given the very non-customer friendly phone tree system, seemingly designed to do everything possible to avoid letting the caller get hold of a human.

5. There were 8 people in front of me trying to get a cup of coffee, and I retreated to my room to make a cup there, and avoid all the crazyness.

6. During my stay there was seldom a place in the lobby talk with associates or to use the free wirelss to avoid the $13 charge.
