What he failed to mention was that I would be charged an additional 39$ for letting valet park my car and that I would have a
hard
time using the voucher that was technically for one person even though two people were staying in my room.

hard
boiled eggs and pastries, etc.

The place is big, awkwardly so in my opinion, and it's
hard
to navigate if you are a business traveler trying to find the room in which your meeting is being held.

hard
-wired internet connection was slow and would drop out randomly at 2-15 minute intervals making it impossible for me to get any work done.
