1. The hotel is okay , food is very good but the service is a little slow at times, cleanliness could be better.

3. If one takes the train into Union Station (a great place to spend some hours) then you are within 10 minutes walking distance to the hotel even if you are a slow walker.

4. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge in the lobby where the service was just a bit slow but the food and beverages were quite good.

5. The elevators are old and slow, the lighting in the hallways is poor and the carpeting dingy, as is the color of the walls, really depressing, the hangers for men's pants have slippery bars, so they are useless to hang up trousers, as they slip right off.
