1. ) The hotel is shabby and has the classic old-hotel problem of insufficient electric outlets, so you can't plug in your phone and still keep it next to the bed.

3. 4) homeless folks are very visible in the adjacent blocks where we had to walk; this was initially intimidating, but did not cause us problems.

4. We sat through two different meetings downstairs, it was confusing as to which meeting rooms were being used and where they were, but that problem seemed to stem from the group running the meeting and not the hotel.

9. I was assured that it the problem had been addressed and that a paper copy of my bill would be left for me prior to check out.

10. The check in process was very smooth and the only problem was that the lift was always full but i would attribute it to the hotel which seemed to be near full .
