3. Valet parking is a hassle because you cant get to your car unless they assist you and $41 is a bit much but found out its normally $25-$50 at all of the downtown hotels.

10. The neighborhood is fine, but I was hassled by beggars every time I stepped out of the hotel after dark (there are at least a couple homeless shelters within a block or two).
