1. Mattress was decent but the bed frame is a hard wooden box that I kept kicking and hurting my short legs on -- not pleasant.

5. Conference rooms are ok but somewhat hard to locate in one of two towers, so important to identify for your group or meeting where they are.

9. I like a room with a bathtub, which I got and my parents like showers because tubs are hard for them to get in and out, for which they were accommodated.
