For refreshment, there was a tiny refrigerator which when fully stocked contained about 8 bottles of water, 8 mini-Pepsis and 4 mini-Sierra Mist bottles, all warm because 'the refrigerator just broke' (note: the dedicated concierge reported the fridge 'just broken' on Saturday, and it was still broken on Monday.
