1. I also noticed the few people who were in the lounge (it was not busy, so there was really no excuse for the lack of service) were munching on maybe chips, or something else complimentary that we didn't receive.

4. 95 for a club soda? Really?Catering- bagged lunch consisting of a crummy sandwich, apple, chips and cookie for $18 was insane.

7. There is no mini-bar in the room, so we used the Liquor store just on the other side of the street a lot, also for chips.
