1. However I need to make an exception and focus first on one of the worst things about this hotel -- they have a BAD problem with mice.

The worst thing was that on Tuesday we left for morning museum sightseeing, returned about noon to check out and take luggage to front desk to hold for further sightseeing, and my fiancee's PDA/cell phone, with all her credit card information (passworded, but still) and work information inside (she travels regularly and is an independent contractor so her PDA is critical), stolen.
