1. I ended up arguing with her just to get a plain hamburger, she couldn't understand that all I wanted with the patty & bun, not that difficult.

2. It was difficult to find something everyone would eat & the chicken salad was a salad with a very, very flat piece of dry grilled chicken under the salad & this was the same chicken served in the children's menu.

3. Once inside however, you notice something is different about the hotel, but it is difficult to put a finger on exactly what.

4. The only suggestion would be to add steps to get in the tub, as it was very difficult to get in because had to step over the side, which was at least 3 feet tall with only a very small step.
