1. We had an issue trying to print our JetBlue boarding passes in the Business Center, but the front desk promptly produced them for us.

5. Even with these issues Kimpton Hotels will still be my first choice because the pros have always outweighed the cons.

8. Only issues were minor; the room TV's are flatscreen, but still analog and not digital; the pay movie channel was not functioning; and the 1st floor (basement) is either musty or they have guests sneaking smokes down there.

9. This remains as one of the great hotels to stay in while visiting DC, but at $400+ per night, you might do better elsewhere if cost is an issue (and of course it usually is.
