1. (I got to see more of them than I wanted, however, since the business center was ostensibly 'under renovation' and I had to come behind the front desk to access their computers -- extremely annoying for a business hotel.

3. Why no bellman available?Notwithstanding these nitpicks, which should not be understood as anything very serious individually (however annoying cumulatively), the hotel is beautiful and the Kimpton experience delightful.
