2. Honestly, the only complaint I had about our entire stay was the view from our room - not much to write home about but what are you going to do? Also, be prepared to drop major bucks on valet parking - it is about $40 a night.

5. Our only complaint with the valet is that it is $40 per night (even for hotel guests) and we were never informed of this when reservations were made.

6. One night I left my cell phone in my rental car, and the valet trekked to the parking facility (which I'm guessing is somewhere in downtown Baltimore) to retrieve it for me, graciously and with no complaint.
