5. There are 4 main reasons why you should not book this hotel: 1) Live mice in the rooms 2) Street noise (the rooms on the outside of the hotel) 3) Way overpriced for what you get 4) Staff is average and not what you expect at this priceI try to be fair in my reviews and give the good and bad points equal time.

9. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that the TV channel options were limited and the in room movies were outrageously priced, but there was so much to do in the area, we didn't spend much time sitting in the room anyway.

10. The only downside was the parking fee but everywhere in DC is just as bad.
