3. Room service made mistakes on my first two orders, but I brought it to their attention, and they sent my food correctly from that point on, called to make sure I was happy, and provided extras in my room.

The person checking me in didn't give me any info other than 'here's your key', I hardly ever saw someone at the concierge desk, when we called for more tea and cups they brought us coffee and no cups instead, housekeeping were too busy one day to do our room, there was a mistake on my bill, and the person checking me out was not friendly.
