I called down to the desk to request 1/2 off my bill for the

My key did give me access the 'Club' (nice little appetizer buffet, honor bar) but it was on a mezzanine off the lobby and not near my room which I thought was unusual and
inconvenient
.

When I began to scroll through my notes, the manager immediately apologized for all of the

ences and moved us to the 15th floor for our final night.

It so happens that one of the worst storms in recent memory slammed the east coast and caused lots of problems for the Renaissance , DC and surrounding areas in general, but only served as a minor
