1. The only down side was that our room was right on K street but it was on the 8th floor and the street noise was still very, very loud at night.

2. -- loud music everywhere-- no free pc's in lobby (although there is Wifi)-- no coffee in lobby-- room a little small, and bathroom definately small (other marriott rooms larger)-- lobby trendy and cool, but too dark.

5. The bar area however got quite loud in the evenings, and coupled with the already loud music, I think anyone using Internet to work was probably driven back to their room, happy to hand over the $12.
