1. This hotel is relatively close to two Metro stations (couple of blocks--closest to Chinatown station if you enter at the hard-to-notice entrance on 9th and G streets) and is right on the Red Circulator bus line.

2. While it is a little farther away from the hot spots like Dupont Circle, it is right across from the Convention Center which has its own Metro Stop on the Red Line, so getting around was not that hard at all.

3. Catered hotel food was removed immediately so it was hard to linger at the meal.

4. The person checking me in didn't give me any info other than 'here's your key', I hardly ever saw someone at the concierge desk, when we called for more tea and cups they brought us coffee and no cups instead, housekeeping were too busy one day to do our room, there was a mistake on my bill, and the person checking me out was not friendly.

9. The bathroom was fairly small as well, with hardly 1cm between the toilet and the door which does not make it easy to use.

10. Washing ton is so spread out so its hard to be close to everything but i enjoyed it.
