1. Hybrid cars I was told valeted for free(yeah environment!), the animal print robes were kind of a riot and the coffee/tea selection and wine receptions were nice touches that made you feel welcome.

4. Upon my arrival while I wasn't met outside by someone to get my bags (there appeared to only be one bag clerk, and valet at a time the entire weekend), but by time I finished checking in, they helped me get my bags in and got my car taken care of even offered to take them to my room.
