3. How did they know I like to do 15 miles on the bike now and then?:) The service staff were very friendly and responsive to questions; my request for a quiet room was taken seriously, and the room fit the bill.

And just a few minor gripes; wireless service was a bit dicey, the expensive, overnight 'garage' turned out to be an outdoor spot in back, by the dumpsters; and we were billed over $20 for items from the honor bar, even though we only used it to store some store-bought juice and fruit (the charge was removed immediately when we spotted it).
