3. If you are a light sleeper and bothered by normal traffic noise, I would recommend that you skip the balcony, as it does let in a bit more traffic noise due to glass doors/windows and drapes not being as sound-proof as a wall.

We had a great room rate because of a 'stocking stuffer sale' and staying during the off-season ($109+tax: valet parking is an additional $38+tax & tip) - not sure what the rates would be during peak season in the summer, but for the rate we got combined with the location, room and service, I highly recommend this hotel.
