3. We had a great room rate because of a 'stocking stuffer sale' and staying during the off-season ($109+tax: valet parking is an additional $38+tax & tip) - not sure what the rates would be during peak season in the summer, but for the rate we got combined with the location, room and service, I highly recommend this hotel.

5. My only complaint about my stay was that when I arrived with my rental car I had to park it illegally and run in to have it valet parked as there apparently was no reserved space in front of the hotel.
