The rooms mini bar was well stocked and they even gave us a nice bottle of champagne to toast our special occasion and provided us with free passes for continental
breakfast
, because my wife and I were in town to celebrate.

Then, when we did
breakfast
the second day the waitress said the voucher was good for $12.50 off the meal - only to find out later that she meant $7.

We found out that our friends were given free
breakfast
vouchers at check-in but had paid the exact same price for their room as we did.

The continental
breakfast
we got for an extra $1 two mornings was superb; they actually soak the canteloupe balls in tarragon-infused simple syrup, so this is not just a croissant and a glass of juice.

Although

We did find the restaurant a bit disappointing -- the Sunday brunch was so noisy we had to leave, but ended up with a great buffet
breakfast
across the street at the Front Page.
