1. The location is just wonderful with many many good restaurant withinwalking distance, as well as the metro.

7. The location is also perfect: 2 blocks from the Dupont Circle Metro entrance (and thus Dupont Circle, with all of its restaurants, shops, etc.), 2 blocks from a DC Circulator bus stop, and about 10-15 minutes walk from the White House (just under a mile).
