1. I got no problem for getting free wifi password from reception although my colleagues complaint thet were not alowed to access free wifi at lobby eventhough with valid id and room key.

2. First, the hotel charges $10 per day for internet access- this in today's day and age, when you charge $330+ for the room, and when the next door McDonalds offers free wifi.

10. Our only grumble is that wifi in this Intercontiental Hotel (most others are free) is not free, despite having to pay over 300 USD per night, and being Ambassador members.
