1. The waitstaff is expert at upselling: 'Would you like some fresh fruit with that, sir?' This ends up adding substantially to the bill.

2. The front desk clerk when I checked out didn't really seem to care when he asked how my stay was and when I hesitated in answering, then muttered, 'Well, it was okay, I guess,' he just handed me my bill & didn't ask how they could have made it better or anything.

9. If you remove a mini-bar item from it's place for more than 20 seconds it is electronically billed to your room, but I had no problem with that even with picking up items to check their size vs.

10. They are on a sensor, my wife picked up a potato chip bag to look at it, and it registered on the bill as 'lost connection with sensor' or something meaning we took it, but they reversed that charge with no hassle.
