5. They do not have a hotel shuttle, but it cost $1.85 to use the Metro, which went right from Reagan Airport to one block from the hotel.

8. Although I appreciate the opportunity to visit the spa at a discounted price, I'd rather have had a shortened time with the massage therapist than a treatment that skimped on necessary skin products to reduce the cost.
