4. Front desk manager, I must admit I love his European style, his mannerisms and handling of his guests reminds me of my stays in Monte Carlo France, which were so wonderful.

8. I have to say everyone at the hotel, valet, front desk, bellman, restaurant, manager all went out of there way to help you, and everyone we spoke with had a positive great attitude.
