We had no problem with our check-in or check-out but we witnessed the manager (of all the people) being rude to another party that were checking-out right next to us.

The hotel was easy to find, and the service was great from the moment we arrived - from the friendly valet to the check-in staff who were happy to give us a few 'local' recommendations for dinner and bars in the area.

It would have been nice if the front desk had told us that they were limited with bikes and to come in earlier to reserve when we initially asked about the rentals at check-in.

We were able to check-in early when we arrived on Friday around noon and while the rooms are very nicely done, I feel like they didn't make the most of the space.

When, after a pleasant afternoon of wine tasting, the valet at the Canary Hotel did not have my name on his list of the day's check-ins, a familiar feeling crept into my stomach: I had, once again, screwed up a reservation.
