4. Santa Barbara is an expensive place to stay, and for a price more reasonable than most SB options, I really thought the Pepper Tree was a good value.

6. If noise wasn't an issue, I would say this place is a good value for Santa Barbara (we paid the AAA rate of $214 plus tax), as long as decor isn't very important to you and you don't mind sleeping on a very hard springy mattress.
