4. Yes the decor is kinda funky, but it seems to me the wallpaper in the dressing and bathroom areas needed replacing, all the seams were becoming unglued.

7. If noise wasn't an issue, I would say this place is a good value for Santa Barbara (we paid the AAA rate of $214 plus tax), as long as decor isn't very important to you and you don't mind sleeping on a very hard springy mattress.

8. One of my favorite aspects of the Pepper Tree Inn are the welcoming touches that make the hotel room feel more like a retreat such as the relaxing decor, the large sliding glass window, and the inviting patio chairs.
