The Best Western Encina Santa Barbara CA is in the heart of Santa Barbara’s - very nice - medical
neighborhood
and serves to provide a place to stay when you visit Cottage Hospital across the street, so if that’s the mission, it is perfect.

spots rather than the tourist spots.
