1. Several things within walking distance, short walk to the zoo, tons of food and Starbucks on site and a great spa.

To add insult to injury, I make it over to the supposed state-of-the-art workout facility (I can't vouch for this because I didn't actually go into it OR see anyone using it at any point in passing by) on the grounds inside of the day spa (also, not busy) to be greeted by the less-than-enthusiastic desk person by, 'Oh, are you staying here with a conference?' I reply with, 'Well, yes I am.
