1. The location is very convenient to the I-8 freeway.

3. It is a 38 acre property, which sounds nice, except it is 38 acres of concrete and asphalt between a freeway, shopping mall and a train depot.

8. -Good water pressure in shower-next to the mall-freeway close & central location (between beaches and downtown)-Have a 'green' program so change towels if on ground & sheets if leave card on bedTHE CONS:-The room is very dated, with no fridge/mini bar or microwave -Furniture is worn/chipped/scratched/stained-Pillows are uncomfortable - flat and hard.
