1. I understand that this is used for a bunch of regional conventions - but boy, we are not a Shriner's or Comic-Con bunch, and we are used to a good hotel, good service, good value for your money, and this place failed to meet all expectations, and was a complete wipeout as an enjoyable decent place to stay.

8. I stayed here to attend a conference so it was convienent for me to be on site, however I would not stay here if I was vacationing and spending my own money.

9. Perhaps they should use the money they charge you for internet use ($9.95 a day) or the $5 I paid for ONE EGG at the Terrace Cafe to go towards renovations.

10. Or, at least take all of that money you're making from wi-fi, the gym and parking and invest it in updating your property.
