The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful, the manager Nancy Nungary gave me the complete information about how to get around in San Diego without a car, and I told them I left my cell phone charges at home, Terry Ng at the front desk helped me to find a phone charges that left behind from another guest, that save me a trip.

7. The staff went above and beyond to help us when our incoming flight from LA was cancelled and the shuttle abandoned us at San Diego International at 2:00 a.m. The night manager Karen made arrangements for us to be picked up and greeted us with a big smile when we finally arrived.
