3. When we returned the next day they gave us complimentary parking and breakfast for the rest of our stay,and we had a small gift pack of water, chips, nuts plus a letter of apology in our room.

6. Save your money and go to a Days Inn -- it'll be just as clean (and maybe cleaner), the food will be better and you'll probably have parking and internet for free.
