1. Rooms are well appointed, with perhaps some of them needing an upgrade on the television set, but clean, with all amenities necessary.

6. -Room smelled like smoke-Shower head only good for short people (luckily I'm short but for anyone over 5'3' it could be a definite negative)-Phone was old and had bad reception (even for local calls)The hotel is fine if you have a conference on the grounds here - if not DEFINITELY stay somewhere else where you will get more quality and some of your basic amenities included.

8. Royal blue carpets, not clean under beds (I always check that) and skimpy on amenities (coffee was hideous).
