6. I just recently stayed at the Town Country for a conference, I was amazed on the serviceI received from the front desk staff, especially Jill the concierge, she not only help withgetting around town but she personally walk me to a meeting that i would have been late for.

9. Either way - an extremely nice concierge (I think his name was Chris) loaded my huge luggage onto a cart and drove me to the Royal Palm Tower and then helped me to drag everything up to the room.
