1. Free wifi didn't work, they made me ring the 1 800 number to their ISP, and after 40 mins trying to fix it, it still didn't work.

2. the hotel has free wi-fi which was a plus, as a lot of the branded chains charge for wi-fi service which i dont understand as lots of B&B's, motels provide free wifi for their guests, so when you are paying 3-4 times to stay at a branded Hotel surely they should offer Wi-fi as standard.
