1. Obviously, the access to major roadways and downtown is outstanding at this property and parking, although it comes with a fee, is quite convenient in an attached garage.

8. The parking fee is pretty lame, about $14/night, but you can easily park across the street on 2nd ave, right off of the freeway to avoid that.
