1. The hotel has a small outdoor pool which is heated and my wife and son swam in it whilst i used the Gym, which albeit small was enough for some morning exercise, it has a selection of free weights, 2 running machines and 2 cycling machines if my memory serves me correctly.

4. With regard to negatives the pool and gym are tiny - only 1 of any type of machine - that said they were fantastic machines.
