3. Everyone at this hotel from the manager of guest services, wonderful Jeremiah, to the cafe workers at the small but fantastically great breakfast cafe, to all the super shuttle drivers we drove crazy, I say congratulations on going the extra mile to serve your guests.

7. And to top it off, the staff were not aware of their own hotel policies and all the manager can say is 'we've just recently changed the policy so unfortunately some of the staff are not aware of the changes.

8. When leaving hotel, shuttle wasn't available and several of us were waiting, so manager called us a cab and paid for it for us.

Two days later priceline got in touch with me and dealt with the regular manager; he offered me the possibility of early check-out and being reimbursed for the 2 nights I would not be staying with them I refused because by then , my stay was 2/3 over and it was unlikely I would find a hotel with a conference in town.
