1. Parking at the hotel is $17 but on the street its free and there only restricted parking on one day I think for street cleaning.

3. Parking at the hotel is piad but just outside the hotel there is free street parking available, just take notice of street signs as the street i parked on said that you couldnt park there on wednesday's between 2am and 6am due to street cleaning, otherwise completely legal to park there.

5. However, there is plenty of street parking around the hotel so do drive around and you will find FREE parking quite easily.

6. Room was pleasant enough location turned out to be 1 street away from skid row, so a walk was pestered by bums with their hands out.
